Terms and Conditions
One User Per Course
Our courses are strictly limited to one person per purchase. Sharing or reproducing any training materials or videos is prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement, which will result in legal action.
Training Overview
Our training consists of two parts:
- Theory Training: Complete at your own pace online. The recommended time is 4-5 hours. You must finish the theory portion before beginning your hands-on practical training.
- Practical Training: Hands-on sessions that allow you to practise the skills you've learned. If you opt for in-person training, this will be a one-day session. If you choose online training, we recommend setting aside one full day to practise in your own time.
You have up to 6 months to complete your course, submit work and finish the assessments.
Assessment
You will be assessed through online assignments and multiple-choice quizzes, with the pass mark set at 80% to ensure you have a strong understanding of the material. A practical assessment is also part of the evaluation. If you don’t pass initially, you can retake each stage until you reach the 80%. Hundreds have done it and we’ve no doubt you will too.
Online Training: You submit photo and video evidence for assessment.
- In-Person Training: Ongoing assessments will be conducted during the day.
Deposits, Refunds and Transfers for In-Person Training
To secure your spot, you can pay a non-refundable deposit of €99 or the full course fee upfront. The remaining balance is due on the day of your in-person training. Deposits are only available for in-person training and are not applicable to online courses.
Please note, deposits and course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures that your spot is secured, and unfilled class slots are minimised.
We keep class sizes small to provide a personalised learning experience. Therefore, it’s important that you attend on the booked date to avoid losing your deposit or class fee.
In exceptional circumstances, course date changes may be possible. Requests must be made via email at least 14 days before the course date, though changes are not guaranteed and are at the company's discretion. Cancellations made outside of this window will be fully chargeable. Failure to attend will result in no refund or credit.
If a course is fully booked, we cannot accept any requests for changes.
Course Access and Completion
You have 6 months to access and complete your online training course. Please read the course description carefully before purchasing. Once the access period expires, it cannot be extended without additional charges. Any coursework must be submitted before your access expires, or additional fees may apply.
Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements, please notify us at least 14 days before the course date, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
